Cancel order

You can cancel the order before the shipment number is issued; After delivery, we can't cancel the order for you. If you must cancel the order, you need to deduct your round-trip mailing fee of $20.

 

Returns

Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.If your package has already left our wearhouse to custom or on the shipping way, then we need to charge $30 for the go and back shipping fee.Please be aware of the items you ordered are subject to the actual arrival status of the goods.

 As soon as your return has reached our warehouse and has been processed by our quality control department, we will arrange your refund to your original payment method. We will let you know once we have processed your return.

Otherwise, If you already recieved our gift package,and then you want to return, we will give you the refund after you to send the gift package back and make sure the package is not damaged.If you have any question about our item, when you apply an evidence, please take a fully picture of shipping case(including shipping info and the item) and your order info(including the item info.)

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
